We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at your hotel. We had left a ship with too much luggage and your man at the desk was extremely generous in helping us find a DHL to ship it back to New Zealand. We will certainly recommend the Paganelli and hopefully return again one day!

We had excellent continental breakfasts in our room It is a shame you do not tell all quests of this option.There was no information at all in our room, just an empty folder!
We much enjoyed our stay and the staff could not have been better.

Thank you for making our trip (a combination birthday and honeymoon) so special. The view of the lagoon from our room was simply divine, and the hotel is so perfectly situated. We will definitely stay with you again on any future trips to Venice!
