Hôtel très bien placé, à quelques mètres de la place St Marc et situé face à l'embarcadère du vaporeto, tout en étant très calme. Très bon accueil, personnel sympathique, chambre et salle de bains décorées avec goût et d'une grande propreté, petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet, très bien fourni et copieux. Hôtel dans lequel on a envie de retourner, que nous recommandons vivement.

Excellent location, hotel was five minutes walk to St. Mark's. Staff was friendly and very helpful. They prepared an early morning breakfast for us at 5:30, since our water bus was leaving before 6:00. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay, location could not have been any better. Maximo made our stay a very enjoyable one. All the staff was very nice, would recommend the hotel to anyone headed to Venezia. Thanks so much, Great way to end our honeymoon:)

The room was spotless, location very convenient and my room in the annex overlooked the Chiesa di San Zaccaria, which is a fairly quiet plaza, very quaint view. Wireless internet was abailable in my room. The AC worked well and the breakfast was included in the very reasonable rate. The staff were all gracious and helpful. I would absolutely stay there again!
